*Vendor Code of Conduct

I understand that Gracefully Rooted Markets is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and family-friendly environment. I agree to conduct myself professionally and treat event organizers, fellow vendors, customers, volunteers, and property owners with kindness and respect at all times.

*Booth Setup & Safety Policy

I understand that I am responsible for safely setting up and securing my booth. I agree to provide proper tent weights (minimum 30 pounds per tent leg) and understand that I am responsible for any damage or injury caused by my booth or equipment.

*Intellectual Property & Product Responsibility

I certify that I have the legal right to sell the products or services I offer and that I will not knowingly sell counterfeit, unauthorized, or illegal items at Gracefully Rooted Markets.

I certify that my products and labeling, packaging, warnings, and instructions comply with all federal, state and local regulations and safety requirements.

*Liability Release

I understand that I participate at my own risk. I release and hold harmless Gracefully Rooted Markets & Events, its owners, volunteers, event partners, property owners, sponsors, and affiliates from liability for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other claims arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

*Business Information

 I certify that all information provided in this application is accurate and complete. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in denial of membership or removal from Gracefully Rooted Markets.

*Sales Tax Responsibility

I understand that I am solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying any applicable sales taxes required by law. Gracefully Rooted Markets is not responsible for any vendor's tax obligations.

* Licenses & Permits

I certify that I possess all licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance required for the products or services I offer and understand that I am responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

*Cancellation & Refund Policy

I understand that vendor booth fees are non-refundable. If Gracefully Rooted Markets cancels or reschedules an event due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, my booth fee will be transferred to the rescheduled event or a future Gracefully Rooted event.

*Weather Policy

I understand that Gracefully Rooted Markets operates rain or shine unless weather conditions are determined to be unsafe. I agree to follow all decisions made by event organizers regarding delays, cancellations, or rescheduling for the safety of everyone involved.

*Photography & Marketing

I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during Gracefully Rooted events and grant permission for images of my booth, products, and business to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

*Membership Approval

I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into Gracefully Rooted Markets. All applications are reviewed, and membership is granted at the discretion of Gracefully Rooted Markets.

*Member Responsibility

I understand that once approved, I am responsible for maintaining my Business Profile, keeping my information current, and completing event registrations through the Member Hub.
